In 2017, before AI reshaped what employers needed, we were already asking: who does a graduate need to become? A programme built around human judgment, adaptive skills, and the capacity to keep learning — not just content.

Before the first student arrived, the founders of a new IB school spent a year defining the finished picture — the kind of person this school is designed to produce. We helped them build backwards from that.
